Easy installation - simply peel off the adhesive backing strip, apply constructions adhesive in between the adhesive strips and attach to your wall. Should you not want to use adhesive you can screw into place with black cup head screws for easy removal in the future. Trim down length ways with a sharp knife or reduce the height with a hand or power saw.
